出口货运保险如何确定

　  1、如果信用证无特别规定，均由各出口商或投保单位为保险人，并由其作空白背书。

　　2、如果信用证规定“Endorsed to the order of ......... Co. Ltd.”，则由出口商做记名背书，背书时应在保单正本背面空白处打上：“Claims, if any, payable to the order of ......... Co. Ltd.”，再由出口商签章，被保险人仍为出口商。

　　3、如果信用证规定“Policy Issued in Negotiable Form”or “Issued to order and Endorsed in Blank”，保险单可以出口商为被保险人，并由出口商空白背书。

　　4、如果信用证规定“Policy Issued in the name of ......... Co. Ltd.”则被保险人应填“......... Co. Ltd.”不做背书。

　　5、如果信用证规定“Policy Issued to the order of (or in Favour of) ......... Bank”，则在被保险人栏出口商的名称后加列“Held to the order of (or in Favour of) ......... Bank”，并仍由出口商背书。

　　6、如果信用证规定“Policy issued in Neutral Name”则被保险人栏可以直接填：“To whom it may concern”不做背书。

　　7、如果信用证规定“Policy issued to the order”则被保险人栏可直接填：“To the order”不做背书。

　　8、如果信用证规定“Made out to ......... Co. Ltd.”，则“......... Co. Ltd.”可作抬头或背书。

　　9、如果信用证规定“All documents except draft to be made out in the name of respection notifyparties as per attached lists.”则除汇票外所有单证分别以受货人名称为抬头(包括保险单)。

　　10、如果信用证规定保险单做成“To order”，则应在被保险人栏填写“To order”，被保险人必须在保险单上背书。

　　11、如果信用证要求以非受益人的某某公司或某某银行为保险单的被保险人，保险单上被保险人栏也应照信用证要求填写，但保险单不用背书。

　　12、如果信用证规定被保险人，但注明如发生赔偿请付给某某公司(Loss if any, Pay to .........Co. Ltd.)，则仍应以信用证的受益人为被保险人，再背书，并在正本保险单背面的空白处打上“Claims, if any, Payable to ......... Co. Ltd.”。
